At Revival Hub, we value our patients. We understand that emergencies or unforeseeable circumstances may arise and appointments may need to be canceled and or rescheduled.

Revival Hub requests 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. 

Out of fairness to our therapists and other clients, notice under 24 hours will incur a 50% fee.

Please note any cancellations outside of work hours from 8pm – 8am will incur a 50% fee.

Late notice cancellation under 6 hours will require payment of 100% fee for the appointment. No-show of the appointment will require a 100% fee for the appointment.
