We understand that emergencies or unforeseeable circumstances may arise and appointments may need to be canceled and or rescheduled.

Out of fairness to our therapists and other clients, we request at least 24hrs notice for cancellations. Notice under 24 hrs will incur a 50% fee.

No-shows or late notice under 6 hours will incur a 100% fee.
